Because of the detailed information required to commit a loan, we have developed a Preliminary Questionnaire to help determine the feasibility of proceeding with your desired loan. If our minimum loan parameters are not met, you will be instantly notified and given a reason why. If our minimum loan parameters are met, then we will contact you via phone within 48 business hours. Once the preliminary questionnaire is complete, the second step of this process is to look over the Loan Application Checklist; these are the items that we will need from you in order to process your application. Depending upon the situation, additional information may also be needed, but this will give you a good place to start.
